Opis knjige

The third published novel by Jane Austen tells the story of Fanny Price, adopted into the household of her wealthy aunt and uncle, and following her development into early adulthood. While Mansfield Park appears in some ways to continue where Pride and Prejudice left off, Austen here explores new trends and new societal influences. Like the best grand masters, her talent is often hidden behind an absorbing story and characters. A sharp critique of human behavior.
